“Conexões de Olhares” (=Connections of Eyes)

March 4 to May 3, 2015 @ Garden of Republic Museum - Rio de Janeiro, BRAZIL
organized by FIRJAN; collaborated by WONDER EYES PROJECT;

Presented photos taken by the children of 12 communities (slum areas),
in the historic garden of the Republic Museum, when Rio City celebrates 450th anniversary,
This exhibition is the result of the workshop of Wonder Eyes Project, in RIO in 2013,
collaborated with FIRJAN/SESI-Citizenship. Participated around 200 children of
12 communities (slum areas) and took photos freely. At the exhibition,
shown large photos of selection.

Photo Exhibition “WONDER RIO” in Tokyo 2015

Wonder Eyes project participated at “Festa do Brasil - Sunshine City Ikebukuro 2015”, presenting the marvelous photos taken by the children of 12 communities of Rio de Janeiro.  The Festa is a big event of Brazilian Food & Drink, goods, music, with a variety of performance. Lots of visitors enjoyed the photos and inspired by the fresh eyes.

In July 2013, collaborated with SESI-Citizenship of FIRJAN, Brazilian organization, photo workshops of Wonder Eyes Project were done in 12 communities of Rio de Janeiro, with Hikaru, Japanese photographer.
Participated around 200 children and took photos freely. Also exchanged their photos with the Japanese children.
